Cooling tower COOLING TOWERS IN CONTRA-CURRENT TRCC SERIES MODELS In the countercurrent type SOLID DESIGNER towers, the cold dry air enters through the grills located at the bottom by 2 or 4 sides of the tower, rising and crossing the heat exchanger formed by bundles of tubes (coils). The same is sucked in by the axial fans located at the upper end of the tower. This air touches the water spray as it heats up, and becomes a hot, humid air that is finally driven through the droplet eliminators out of the tower by the axial fans at the top. A Função dos Dessuperaquecedores de vapor Um dessuperaquecedor de vapor é um dispositivo, geralmente produzido em aço carbono, com bicos de aço inoxidável, cuja principal função é reduzir o nível de calor do vapor superaquecido a um valor ligeiramente acima da temperatura de saturação na pressão atual do vapor. Essa redução de temperatura é alcançada através de um dessuperaquecedor a vapor quando uma parte do calor sensível é transferida para uma parte da água inserida na seção atual da planta, fazendo com que a água evapore e se transforme em vapor, que por sua vez tende a ser incorporado ao o processo principal. A transferência de calor no dessuperaquecedor ocorre apenas por dispersão de água, aumentando assim a superfície de troca de calor. Sign me up! É justamente por meio das variações dos processos de dispersão da água que os dessuperaquecedores de vapor são classificados em diversos tipos, o que possibilita que os clientes optem pelo equipamento que mais se adeque à sua necessidade. Os tipos principais de dessuperaquecedores de vapor que podem ser adquiridos são: Dessuperaquecedor com dispersão de água por sobrepressão do fluido inserido com pressão superior à do vapor, o que gera pulverização da água em pequenas gotas por meio de um ou mais bicos, com perda decarga pequena no fluxo do vapor. Dessuperaquecedor com estrangulamento do tipo venturi, pelo qual o vapor superaquecido passa, sendo responsável por acelerar a velocidade do vapor de forma que a água seja injetada na mesma pressão do vapor e então pulverizada, com perda significativa de carga. Dessuperaquecedor com pulverização da água por meio de um vapor de pressão superior ao vapor superaquecido, com perda de carga quase nula.
